How is pressure washing priced?
Most jobs are priced per square foot or per linear foot. Each service has a small minimum that covers setup. Bundle two or more services and the high end of your estimate drops by 5–10%.
Will high pressure damage my house?
Not when it's used correctly. Siding and roofs get a low-pressure soft-wash (under 500 PSI). Flat concrete gets a surface cleaner, which spreads the pressure evenly so you don't see wand marks.
Do you need to be home?
Not for most exterior work. If we can reach an outdoor spigot and the gates are unlocked, we can finish the job and send photos when it's done.
What about my plants?
We pre-soak landscaping before any chemistry hits the air, then rinse continuously as we work. We'll also flag anything worth trimming back from a wall before the visit.
How far in advance should I book?
Plan a week or two ahead for dry-season visits (May through September). The rest of the year, we can usually fit you in within a few days.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Washington-licensed, bonded, and insured. We can email proof of insurance before the visit if you need it for your HOA.
